Kelly Jenne, Family Nurse Practitioner
With 7 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) and 11 years as a Registered Nurse (RN), she brings a wealth of clinical expertise and dedication to patient care. She was an Emergency Room nurse for four years while she was finishing her masters degree in nursing. Her career includes six years as an NP at a Level One Trauma Center, where she collaborated with the hospitalist group, managing complex cases in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. She completed a fellowship in urgent care, providing her with advanced clinical training in diagnosing and managing a wide range of acute conditions. She spent a year working at a rural women’s health clinic in the Midwest.
Additionally, she pursued specialized training in aesthetics and wellness at a dedicated aesthetics and wellness clinic, where she developed expertise in non-invasive cosmetic procedures and holistic wellness practices. Her aesthetics training includes administering injectables such as Botox®, and Dysport® and guiding patients through personalized wellness plans. She completed the Aesthetics Medical Educators Training course to perform botox and fillers in October 2023. This unique combination of internal medicine, urgent care and aesthetic medicine allows her to approach outpatient care with a comprehensive perspective, addressing both immediate health concerns and long-term wellness and beauty goals for her patients.
Kelly earned her Bachelors in Nursing degree from Purdue University in 2013. She graduated from the University of Indianapolis with her Masters in Nursing in 2017 and she most recently completed her Doctorate in Nursing Practice at Indiana University in 2024.
Kelly, her husband, and their two dogs live in Polson.
Your First Visit
At your first visit to One Mountain Aesthetics and Wellness, you can expect a warm, personalized experience tailored to your unique goals. We will begin with an in-depth consultation, where we will discuss your beauty and wellness aspirations, review your medical history, and assess your skin, body, and overall health.
Based on this consultation, we will create a customized treatment plan, which may include a combination of aesthetic services like neuromodulator injections, and wellness therapies such as IV treatments, hormone replacement therapy or chronic condition management such as diabetes, high blood pressure or thyroid disease management.
FAQs
What is the difference between Botox and Dysport?
Botox® and Dysport® are both FDA approved neuromodulators used in aesthetic medicine to temporarily reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Botox was the first neuromodulator on the market so it has brand recognition (the “Kleenex” of neuromodulators, if you will). All the neuromodulators are great products but they are dosed a little differently, and each one yields slightly different results. Choosing a product really depends on what you and your provider decide is best for you and achieving your aesthetics goals!
For wellness visits, do you check labs and, if so, how often?
For our wellness visits, we will begin by drawing labs at the clinic every 4-6 weeks as we work to optimize your hormone levels and overall health. This frequent monitoring ensures that your treatment plan is fine-tuned to achieve the best possible results. Once your hormones are balanced and we’ve reached your wellness goals, lab work may only be required as infrequently as every 6 months, depending on your individualized treatment plan. This approach allows us to maintain your health and wellness with precision, adjusting as needed for long-term success.
Do you place fillers?
At this time, we do not offer filler treatments, but we know of several excellent providers here in Polson who specialize in them. We would be happy to assist you in finding the right place that fits your needs and goals. If you're interested, we can provide recommendations based on trusted professionals who have a great reputation for delivering safe, effective results. Just let us know how I can help!
What kind of hormone replacement therapies do you offer?
At One Mountain Aesthetics and Wellness, we offer bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) for aging men and women who want to feel their best and regain vitality. Our BHRT treatments are designed to address hormonal imbalances that can affect your energy, mood, and overall well-being as you age.
We prioritize your safety by frequently checking labs to monitor your hormone levels and adjust treatment as needed. Currently, we provide topical and injectable BHRT, and we’re excited to announce that pellet therapy will be available soon, offering even more convenient and long-lasting options for hormone optimization.
Do you treat men?
Yes! At One Mountain Aesthetics and Wellness, we proudly offer treatments for both men and women. Our services are tailored to address the unique health and wellness needs of men, from hormone replacement therapy (HRT) to personalized wellness and aesthetic treatments.
Do you accept insurance? What are my payment options?
At One Mountain Aesthetics and Wellness, we do not bill insurance directly. However, we are happy to provide you with a detailed, itemized bill after your visit, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. This allows you to seek coverage while enjoying the high-quality, personalized care we offer without the constraints of insurance limitations. We also accept cash, all major credit cards (including American Express, visa, mastercard) check or Venmo payments.
